Who can get a NICOP?
If you’re a Pakistani citizen living in a country that allows dual citizenship with Pakistan, you might be eligible for a NICOP. Here’s a list of countries where you can apply online:

How to Apply for a NICOP Online
There are two ways to apply: using the Pak ID app or the NADRA website.
Using the Pak ID App:
- Download the App: Search for “Pak ID” on the App Store or Google Play Store and install it.
- Create an Account: Open the app, tap “Register,” and fill out your information. Create a strong password and agree to the terms.
- Apply for NICOP: Log in, tap “Apply for NICOP,” choose “New NICOP,” and follow the on-screen instructions. Upload your passport, proof of address, and photos. Double-check everything, pay the fee, and submit your application.
Using the NADRA Website:
- Go to the NADRA Website: Open your web browser and visit link to NADRA website. Click on “Online Services.”
- Select NICOP Option: Choose “NICOP” from the list, then select “New NICOP.”
- Create or Login: If you have a NADRA account, log in. Otherwise, click “Create Account” and follow the steps.
- Start Your Application: Fill out the application form with your personal details (name, date of birth, passport info), contact information, and delivery address. Upload the required documents. Review everything carefully before submitting.
- Pay and Submit: Pay the application fee and submit your application for processing.
How Much Does a NICOP Cost?
The fees depend on a few things:
- Zone: Zone A includes countries with dual citizenship agreements with Pakistan. Zone B includes all other countries.
- Application Type: New, renewal, modification, etc.
- Processing Speed: Normal, urgent, or executive (faster processing)
