Check Your Mobile Number Registration with CNIC

Here’s how to check your mobile number registration using your CNIC (computerized national identity card) in Pakistan.

Finding Your Registered Numbers

By Mobile Network:

  • Jazz: Call their helpline (111) or visit a Jazz store. They don’t offer a direct online check.
  • Zong: Text “V” to 7911 from your Zong number. You’ll get a list of verified numbers linked to your CNIC.
  • Ufone: Text your CNIC number (without dashes) to 6001 from your Ufone number. You’ll receive a list of Ufone numbers with yours and show which ones are verified.
  • Telenor: Call their helpline (345) or visit a Telenor store. They don’t offer a direct online check.
  • Warid: Text your CNIC number to 789. You’ll get a reply with a list of all your Warid numbers.

Online Check with PTA:

  1. Visit the PTA SIM Information System: https://cnic.sims.pk/
  2. Enter your CNIC number (without dashes).
  3. Enter the mobile number registered under your CNIC.
  4. Click “Submit.”
  5. If everything matches, you’ll see your basic details like name and father’s name.

Mobile App Check with PTA:

  1. Download the “PTA SIM Verification App” from your app store (Google Play or App Store).
  2. Open the app and enter your CNIC number (without dashes).
  3. Click “Verify.”
  4. If successful, you’ll see your CNIC number and other details.
