Is there a mistake on your child’s B-Form? Don’t worry, it happens. This guide will help you correct those errors.
Understanding the B-Form:
The B-Form, or NADRA CRC, is your child’s official birth record. It’s important to make sure it’s accurate because it’s used for everything from school admissions to passports.
How to Fix Mistakes on Your B-Form:
- Correct the Birth Certificate: The first step is to fix the mistake on your child’s birth certificate issued by the Union Council. You’ll need to visit the UC office and request a correction. You might need to provide an affidavit explaining the error.
- Update the B-Form: Once you have the corrected birth certificate, take it to the NADRA office to update your child’s B-Form. You may need to pay a fee for this.
If you’re facing trouble or the mistake is complex, you might need to take legal action:
- File a lawsuit: You can file a lawsuit to correct the B-Form. This is a more complex process and requires legal advice.
Important things to remember:
- You can’t fix B-Form mistakes online.
- The NADRA PAK ID app doesn’t have an option to change B-Form details.
- The B-Form and birth certificate are different documents, but they’re linked.
By following these steps, you can ensure your child’s records are accurate
There is a spelling mistake done during the entry of child name in the system. Spelling of name in urdu is correct, however in english alphabet is missing.
Please confirm what I will do now. Because B form will be printed in urdu and there is no problem on that. But, in the system record there is an error in the spelling of english.
Should it be sign of worry or not???
