NADRA Family Tree Verification Guide
Ever need proof of your family ties for official things like passports or inheritances? That’s where NADRA family tree verification comes in. …
NADRA doesn’t give you a full family tree like those fancy genealogy websites. But, they do have something called a Family Registration Certificate (FRC) that shows your closest family members.
What’s an FRC? It’s a paper that lists your family members as they’re registered with NADRA. You’ll see names, CNIC numbers, and who’s related to who. People mostly use it for going to embassies or proving who’s in your family. Important: It’s not a legal paper, so don’t use it for court stuff.
How do you get an FRC? You can apply online or go to a NADRA office. Just give them your info and the papers they ask for.
But wait, there’s a catch! An FRC only shows your close family. If you want to build a big family tree, you’ll need other stuff like birth certificates, marriage papers, death papers, old census records, or even family keepsakes.
