Who Needs a JV Card?
Any Pakistani child under 18 can get a JV Card.
Why Get a JV Card?

- Open bank accounts, get SIM cards, and access government services.
What You’ll Need:
- Your child’s birth certificate or school certificate (if they’re 10 or older)
- Your CNIC and your spouse’s CNIC
- An optional form signed by a government officer
How to Apply:
- Visit a NADRA Office: Find the nearest NADRA Registration Center.
- Get a Token: Take a number and wait your turn.
- Provide Documents: Give the officer your child’s and your documents.
- Biometrics: Your child will take a photo, fingerprints, and sign their name.
- Review and Pay: Check the application form, sign it, and pay the fee.
- Get Your Receipt: Keep the receipt to track your card.
How Much Does It Cost?
The basic fee is free, but you can pay extra for faster delivery:
- Normal: Free, takes about 45 days
- Urgent: Rs. 1500, takes about 30 days
- Executive: Rs. 2500, takes about 12 days
Track Your JV Card:
You can check your card’s status online using the tracking ID on your receipt. Go to the NADRA website and enter the ID to see the progress.
